This website belongs to Paradisio Vlychadia, a restaurant on Vlychadia beach, Kalymnos 852 00, Greece (phone +30 22430 22764). We are responsible for the personal data described below.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us when you ask for a table or plan an event, through our booking form or our chat assistant:
- your name and mobile number
- the date, time and number of guests
- for events: the type of celebration, menu choice, special requests and any questions you write
The chat assistant runs in your browser. It does not store your answers on our website or on any server.
How your request reaches us
When you press Send on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens on your device with your request already written. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. The message then travels through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, confirm your booking or prepare your event, and contact you about it. This is necessary to take the steps you asked for before a booking (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We never use it for advertising and never sell or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as needed to handle your booking or event and any related accounting obligations, and then delete them.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. To display fonts, icons and animations, your browser loads files from Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr and unpkg. Like any website, these services receive your IP address when the files load. The "Get directions" link opens Google Maps.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Just call us on +30 22430 22764 or message us on WhatsApp. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
